Shipping & Terms
For Australian orders outside of NSW please contact us with your address and we will advise shipping costs.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 business days of payment.
Orders are shipped via courier for all orders.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive your delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our Shipping partners will leave a card for re-delivery. In certain cases a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect items. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are checked prior to shipping. Should a product be faulty Intrepid Home will replace the goods. We do not accept returns if you change your mind. You have up to 10 (ten) days, from the date your order arrives, to notify Intrepid Home about an issue with your purchase.
